1.Why do you recommend WESTLIVE sofa?
The price of a sofa usually reflects the quality of the
materials used. Cheap sofas may look okay on the outside but in order to
achieve that very cheap price something has to be sacrificed and it's
usually the quality of what you can't see!! This will include the
quality of the frame (usually chipboard or worse!), the thickness and
quality of the foam, springs and quality of cushions, not to mention the
wearability of the fabric.
With WESTLIVE, you always get a quality frame (hardwood, screwed, glued
and dowelled); they don't skimp on cushion fillings or any of the other
details that you can't see. In short you get an awful lot of genuine
quality for your money which means your sofa will last longer. WESTLIVE
are also a very nice company to deal with. They employ nice people with a
nice attitude which in our opinion usually reflects the heart and soul
of the company. Tetrad staff believe in their products and believe in
their company, and it shows in how they treat their customers.
2.What quality features can I expect?
All our sofas are made to the highest standard with quality frames,
fillings, cushions and fabrics.The benefit of this to you is that your
sofa, under normal living conditions, should last you longer.
3.Do WESTLIVE sofas come with a guarantee?
WESTLIVE offer a 2-year guarantee on all their sofas. Our experience is
that complaints on WESTLIVE sofas are very few and far between and
almost never after two years. On the contrary, we have customers who
tell us how delighted they still are with their WESTLIVE sofa 4, 5 and 6
and even 7 years after purchasing it.
4.Can I asked for an OEM service?
Yes, OEM service is welcome
5.What's the Min. Order Quantity?
Our MOQ is a 40'HC, that is about 21 sets of 1+2+3/22 sets of 1+1+3 or
24 sets of 2+3.
6.What's your usual payment term for orders?
30% deposit by T/T in advance to confirm the order, balance
paid by T/T before shipment or balance paid by L/C at sight.
